Preamble

 

As a school, The Ultimate Academy intends to provide academic, physical and spiritual development of all its learners. The ultimate objective being to give back to society a total, functional, focused and enlightened individual. The following are the abridged School rules and regulations which, pupils/students, parents and staff should carefully study, understand and uphold. The School authorities are readily available to clarify any areas should it be deemed necessary.

The rules and regulations spelt in this document extend beyond the School premises. Each student is therefore expected to conduct themselves (whether at School, home or away) in a manner that does not bring the good name of the School into disrepute.

Rules & Regulations

Students

 

i. All students should wear the prescribed school uniforms at all times when at the school. This applies to Saturday and Sunday as well.

ii. No jewellery, bracelets, rings, ear-rings and necklaces shall be worn at the school. For the avoidance of doubt, even bracelets from church organizations and football clubs are not allowed within the school premises.

iii. On “selected special” days students may wear decent casual clothes when coming to school. In any event the clothes should not have cleavage exposing the body. Sleeveless tops are prohibited for both boys and girls.

iv. Hair should be kept short and well kempt. Girls’ hair may be plaited in the manner prescribed by the School.

v. No lipstick, nail polish, eye shadows and other make-up is allowed. Deodorants may be moderately applied.

vi. Nails should be kept short.
